Shipping Policies

ALL orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail.

*****At the checkout their are two shipping options. ONE for those buying an individual 50ml bottle and the OTHER is for those buying a cluster (7) of bottles. Please don’t try to trick me and choose the wrong shipping fee. Of course mistakes happen, so If you notice before me please email me and we will cancel the order, so you can place a new one. If you don’t notice, but I do I’ll email you to let you know I’m gonna cancel the order, so the you can make a new one.******  

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email with your order number is automatically sent to the email that you entered in at checkout.

Then, after receiving your confirmation email, wait about 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS (my business days: Monday to Friday) for your order to be shipped and you will receive an email with your tracking information!

Business days do not include SATURDAY-SUNDAY & *Holidays.

*Holidays include New Year's Day: Friday, Jan. 1, Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 18, Presidents Day/Washington's Birthday: Monday, Feb. 15, Memorial Day: Monday, May 31, Independence Day: Monday, July 5 (observed, because July 4 falls on a Sunday), Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 6, Indigenous Peoples Day: Monday, Oct. 11, Veterans Day: Thursday, Nov. 11, Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 25, & Christmas: Saturday, Dec. 25

Because all orders are shipped via Priority Mail, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays!)

rebecca@bantumhealingapothecary.com sends out confirmation emails AUTOMATICALLY, to the email you entered in at checkout, as soon as the order is placed.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, your email was either entered incorrectly at checkout, or your confirmation could be in your spam mailbox.

Bantum Healing Apothecary does not take RETURNS. However, if you want a REFUND. Scroll down a little more.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be sent back to the card that was used at the checkout.

Please note:

If you receive a damaged product, your order is misplaced by USPS during the shipping process, or an *invalid address is placed at checkout. Please email me, so we can start your refund process.

*If you realize that you placed an order with an invalid address, please email me BEFORE your order ships out and I will cancel the order and refund you.

After your order ships out I am no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order; unfortunately the order will arrive to whatever address you entered in at the checkout.

Does my Sea Moss Juicy Gel need to be refrigerator or placed in the freezer?

Yes, it has to be refrigerated. Don’t leave it out of the refrigerator any longer than 24hrs. Don’t place the GLASS bottle(s) in the freezer. The Sea Moss Juicy Gel will expand and the bottle with explode. The liquid sea moss is able to be put in ice trays. Then it can be placed in the freezer.

What benefits can I gain from the Sea Moss Juicy Gel?

Why is shipping sooooo expensive?

Shipping is “expensive” because I am shipping out a perishable item that is in a glass jar. Seeing how its perishable I have to use insulated bubble wrap and for far away shipments sometimes I use a gel pack too. I also use regular bubble wrap to double support and protect the glass bottles. I want to ensure the medicine gets to y’all cold, fresh and protected.

Statements and Warnings  

This product has not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We recommend that you consult with a qualified health care practitioner before using herbal products particularly nursing or using other medications.

There is a LIMIT of how much sea moss you as a human can consume in a day. Our bodies need time to progress all the nutritional values and minerals from the sea moss, so over eating it isn’t the move. SO PLEASE review the instructions and dose amount of your labels attached to the Sea Moss Juicy Gel Jars.
